about me

I started as a graphic designer, worked for many years in a photograpy studio actually printing photographs, then as an art director and creative director in corporate America. I retired from corporate life after nearly 25 years and was eager to again pursue drawing and painting.

I've dabbled in watercolor and acrylic as well as pen and ink. I still use acrylics today, for underpainting mostly. However, I think I've found oils to be my calling.
